Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who this covers
This policy covers Omnicomplexity Ltd (company no. 15132688), trading as Omnicomplexity, and the website you are on now. Omnicomplexity Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us through the forms on this site: your name (where asked), your email address, and any message you write to us. If you submit a form, we also keep a short technical record alongside it: your IP address, country, the page you came from, and your browser's user agent string. This helps us spot spam and understand where enquiries come from.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and there are no third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we store it
Form submissions (newsletter sign-ups, first-chapter requests, and contact messages) are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare, the same infrastructure that serves this site. A copy of each submission is also emailed to us, via a third-party relay service called formsubmit.co, so that a real person sees it promptly. formsubmit.co only ever sees what you typed into the form; it is not given any wider access to this site or its data. Newsletter and first-chapter sign-ups are also added to our mailing list in EmailOctopus, which sends you a confirmation email and only mails you once you have confirmed.
Your browser also stores one small piece of information locally, called session storage, so that the welcome animation only plays once per visit. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and disappears when you close your browser tab.
Analytics
When enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We also log, on our own server, when someone clicks a button such as "Book a call with Chris": just the name of the action and the page it happened on, so we can see which parts of the site are useful. None of this is shared with advertisers.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies to advertise to you or track you across other websites. Our visitor analytics (Cloudflare) are cookie-free. The one place a third party may set a cookie is the booking calendar on our "Book a call" page, which is provided by Calendly. That calendar does not load, and Calendly is not contacted, unless you choose to load it by clicking to open it. If you do, Calendly may set cookies needed to run the booking. You can use the page's email, phone or WhatsApp options instead if you would prefer not to.
Why we process your data (lawful basis)
Where you fill in a form, we process your details because it is necessary to answer your enquiry or send you what you asked for (contract or steps towards one), or because you have given clear consent by ticking the box on the form (consent). Where we log anonymous usage and clicks, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site, which does not override your rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site, send our emails and take bookings, and only so they can do that job for us:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and its database, and provides our privacy-friendly visitor analytics.
- formsubmit.co is an email relay that forwards a copy of each form submission to us, so a real person sees it promptly.
- EmailOctopus is the email service that runs our newsletter and launch mailing list. If you sign up, we pass your name and email address to EmailOctopus so it can send you the confirmation email and, once you confirm, our updates. EmailOctopus is operated by Three Hearts Digital Ltd, a company registered in England (no. 09897211), and stores subscriber data on servers in Ireland.
- Calendly provides the booking calendar on our "Book a call" page. If you book a call, the details you enter go to Calendly to make the booking and send the calendar invite. Calendly is based in the United States; see "Sending your data outside the UK" below for how that transfer is handled.
We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers.
Sending your data outside the UK
Most of your data stays within the UK and the wider European region. EmailOctopus stores subscriber data in Ireland, and may use email delivery providers based outside the UK when sending; in that case its contract terms provide appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Our booking provider Calendly is based in the United States, so if you book a call, the booking details you enter are handled by Calendly in the US. Calendly is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US data bridge), which the UK government recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data transferred to certified US organisations, and its contract terms provide standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum as a fallback safeguard. If you would rather not use Calendly, you can arrange a call by email, phone or WhatsApp using the other options on the "Book a call" page instead.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and sign-up records for as long as we might reasonably need them to respond to you, to run the newsletter, or to meet our own accounting and legal obligations, and we delete or anonymise them when that need has passed. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will, subject to any legal reason we might need to keep a minimal record.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, contact us at info@omnicomplexity.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This site is aimed at business leaders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
