Ten or more copies
Ten or more copies come direct from us at a discount on the retail price. Tell us how many you need and where they are going, and we will sort the rest with you.
You can add an hour with the author: Chris and the people reading it, your questions, and the book's argument put against your own organisation. It is optional, and you can decide once the books have been read.
Twenty-five to fifty copies, with the practice started in person
An order this size usually means a whole leadership community is reading it, and it comes with something we only do in person: Chris convenes the first in-house sitting of the book's reading practice with your people.
The practice sits at the back of the book, a section called Going Further: Working Your Own Situation. It gives readers the Five Passes, five ways of looking to take one live situation through, and a way to work them with colleagues: questions only, no advice, every turn ending on a move that belongs to the person who named it. Chris runs that first sitting on a real situation your people bring, so the practice starts properly.
After the first sitting it runs without him, and that is deliberate. It needs no expert in the room, it costs nothing to keep running, and the longer it runs the better it gets.
